Co-authored a grant supporting the launch of the Hunstville Region Mathematics Teacher Education Partnership, or HSV-MTEP, in collaboration with Oakwood University and the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
Authored six undergraduate and graduate level mathematics education course syllabi for Alabama A&M University.
Taught courses across early childhood, elementary, and secondary mathematics education, as well as in instructional technology.
Selected as an AMTE STaR Fellow.
Supports early career teachers as a mentor through the NCTM Early Career Teaching Fellows program.
Served as an invited speaker for two national mathematics conferences.
Served on the NCTM Research and Program Committees
Member of the authorship team for an NCTM position statement on teaching mathematics to multilingual students.

Facilitated a BranchED research project focused on AI simulation-based learning experiences in mathematics teacher preparation and professional learning.
